Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting regulatory compliance and permitting functions, the full-time remote Regulatory Compliance Specialist will manage permit tracking, monitor compliance milestones, and coordinate construction permitting for selected projects.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain an independent tracking matrix of permits, approvals, and regulatory compliance milestones
- Verify the status of regulatory approvals and flag compliance gaps to project leadership
- Support tax- and incentive-related activities to maximize eligible benefits and maintain compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, planning, engineering, construction management, public administration, or related field, or equivalent experience with 8+ years in a related role
- Experience with construction permitting, compliance tracking, or regulatory coordination
- Strong ability to manage permit matrices, logs, and compliance documentation
- Familiarity with interactions among contractors, owners, and permitting authorities
- Experience supporting large industrial or advanced manufacturing construction programs is a plus
