Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Owning label compliance and regulatory clearance for a growing product portfolio, the full-time Regulatory Compliance Specialist will ensure that all products meet FDA dietary supplement and food labeling requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Review product labels and packaging for compliance with FDA regulations and ensure all claims are substantiated
• Coordinate regulatory clearance for new product launches and maintain channel-specific compliance for retailer and e-commerce listings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate regulatory compliance into product workflows and monitor relevant regulatory developments

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
• 3-5 years of regulatory experience at a consumer brand or dietary supplement company
• Strong knowledge of FDA dietary supplement and food labeling regulations
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central compliance and retail channel regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with GRAS requirements for functional ingredients in food and beverage applications is a plus
