Regulatory Compliance Team Lead
Job Summary
Leading the operational compliance framework, the full-time Regulatory Compliance Team Lead will manage compliance activities related to lending, servicing, and corporate operations while supervising a team remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of the compliance framework, policies, and training materials
- Monitor adherence to federal and state regulatory requirements and manage regulatory change processes
- Establish risk-based monitoring plans and oversee remediation of compliance issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law, compliance, finance, business, public policy, or a related field
- 5+ years of regulatory compliance, legal, risk, or audit experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry
- Working knowledge of U.S. federal and state legal and regulatory frameworks affecting lending and disclosures
- Experience in building compliance policies, controls, and reporting
- Prior team leadership or project-lead experience
