Regulatory Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting compliance activities for a growing consumer products organization, the freelance Regulatory Coordinator will assist with regulatory reviews, product documentation, and packaging compliance while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Support reviews of ingredients, raw materials, formulas, and product documentation
• Assist with regulatory assessments for product development initiatives
• Coordinate product and site registration activities across global markets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, regulatory, technical, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting regulatory affairs within consumer products, pharmaceuticals, or a related industry
• Working knowledge of product, labeling, and regulatory requirements preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document or data-tracking systems
