Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Regulatory Counsel (Pharmacy) to provide actionable legal advice on pharmacy laws and regulations impacting products and services, while working remotely within a dynamic legal team.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on regulatory compliance matters across all jurisdictions, including all 50 states
- Support multiple business units on issues related to pharmacy operations, compounding, and API manufacturing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address pharmacy regulatory issues and assist with regulatory inquiries
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and active license to practice in at least one US jurisdiction
- 5+ years of healthcare regulatory experience, with at least 2 years in the pharmacy sector
- Experience interpreting state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
- Strong record of providing creative, solution-focused legal advice
- Experience interacting with regulatory authorities such as the FDA or state Boards of Pharmacy is a plus
