Job Summary

Overseeing global data management activities, the full-time Regulatory Data Lead will ensure data integrity and quality while driving innovation and improvement initiatives, working in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for global data management and stewardship of regulatory milestones and license status conformance
• Champion innovation to enhance processes impacting business directions and influence senior management decisions on global regulatory data strategies
• Lead the evolution of data management and quality oversight in partnership with business and digital teams, ensuring compliance and timely execution of initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years or a Master's degree with 4+ years in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, or a related field
• Strong experience in Regulatory Affairs or Regulatory Operations with a focus on data governance and quality
• Proven ability to manage teams in a matrix environment and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Robust understanding of global regulatory submission and compliance requirements, including regulatory system structures
• Strong project management skills with experience in driving complex projects and initiatives
