Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Regulatory Disclosures Analyst will manage the distribution of participant disclosures for defined contribution plans, ensuring compliance with IRS/DOL regulations while analyzing and validating system data for accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the production and distribution of required disclosures, including benefit statements and summary plan descriptions, within specified deadlines
- Analyze, review, and validate system data to ensure compliance and accuracy of participant notifications
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and enhance overall processes related to disclosures
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience with IRS/DOL regulations
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data sorting and VLOOKUP functions
- 1+ year of experience in the 401(k) industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) certification is a plus
