Job Summary
To support regulatory compliance initiatives, the full-time Regulatory Operations Analyst will prepare Qualified Health Plan application templates, oversee audits for compliance, and mentor junior staff while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepares and oversees completion of Qualified Health Plan templates and regulatory filing documents, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Audits QHP documents for various risk states, coordinating and overseeing audits to maintain quality control
- Leads cross-functional implementation of new regulations impacting Qualified Health Plan scope of work and related policy forms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Health Care, Political Science, or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree preferred
- 6+ years of business process or data analysis experience in health insurance, legal, or compliance required
- Experience drafting and auditing filing documentation or QHP Templates preferred
- Knowledge of SERFF and HIOS systems preferred
- Experience analyzing legislation and/or regulations and conveying findings preferred
