Regulatory Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Regulatory Operations Analyst will manage regulatory filings for medium/high-risk states, ensuring compliance and accuracy of Qualified Health Plan documents while collaborating with cross-functional teams and regulatory agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees and prepares Qualified Health Plan templates and regulatory filing documents for high-risk states
• Audits QHP documents to ensure compliance and alignment with product intent
• Analyzes proposed legislation and leads implementation of new regulations impacting QHP scope of work

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Health Care, Political Science, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of business process or data analysis experience in health insurance, legal, compliance, or related areas
• Experience in drafting and auditing QHP filing documentation preferred
• Knowledge of SERFF and/or HIOS systems preferred
• Experience in commercial health insurance and/or behavioral health managed care preferred
