Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Regulatory Operations Analyst will review and interpret proposed and enacted legislation, perform regulatory change monitoring, and support the regulatory approval of Commercial/Marketplace products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and communicate findings on proposed or enacted legislation related to assigned products at the federal and state level
- Perform comprehensive regulatory analyses and lead the interpretation of Commercial/ACA rules and regulations
- Develop trust-based relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal, contractual, and regulatory issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare, Political Science/Pre-Law, or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree or Juris Doctorate preferred
- 4+ years of experience in health insurance, legal, compliance, or a related field required
- Experience in reviewing regulations and providing interpretation suitable for diverse audiences preferred
- Familiarity with commercial health insurance and/or behavioral health managed care preferred
