Job Summary

Building trust with state healthcare regulatory boards, the full-time remote Regulatory Partnerships Director will focus on relationship management, consultative partnership development, and operational efficiency to support Propelus's growth and compliance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proactive communication with assigned state regulatory boards and agencies to understand their missions and constraints
• Translate product capabilities into specific outcomes that enhance agency efficiency and public protection
• Advance opportunities through a consultative approach, aligning implementation timelines with agency deadlines

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience working directly with regulatory boards or in a healthcare regulatory environment
• Proven track record of building relationships within state agencies and licensing boards
• Project management mindset with experience in managing complex deals and RFPs
• Ability to navigate long decision cycles typical of government procurement
• Self-motivated and disciplined in managing a territory independently
