Regulatory Policy Associate Director

Job Summary

Leading the development of regulatory policy initiatives, the full-time remote Regulatory Policy Associate Director will engage with external stakeholders and internal experts to shape Amgen's positions on regulatory policies impacting the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Foster relationships with U.S. trade associations and oversee regulatory engagements
• Develop and implement enterprise-wide regulatory reform initiatives and advocacy materials
• Analyze regulatory guidance and emerging developments to inform policy positions and strategies

Required qualifications:

• Doctorate degree or 3 years of regulatory experience; OR Master's degree and 5 years of related experience; OR Bachelor's degree and 7 years of regulatory experience; OR Associate's degree and 12 years of regulatory experience; OR High school diploma/GED and 14 years of regulatory experience
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. legislation and regulations related to medicinal products
• Experience with trade associations or consortia
• Demonstrated policy leadership and collaborative skills across functional areas
• Strong project management and organizational skills
