Job Summary

Driving licensing applications from strategy to approval, the full-time Regulatory Program Manager will manage multiple regulatory programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and effective execution in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting licensing applications end-to-end, managing several programs simultaneously
• Building and maintaining program plans, including sequencing, dependencies, and timelines
• Facilitating working sessions and executive briefings to advance program objectives

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 4 years in regulatory, licensing, or compliance roles within financial services or fintech
• Direct experience with at least one licensing or regulatory application from requirements to submission
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-month programs with numerous dependencies
• Practical experience using AI for research, analysis, and reporting in a professional setting
• Strong written communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex information for executive audiences
