Job Summary
Supporting regulatory compliance initiatives, the full-time Regulatory Readiness Program Manager will lead coordination efforts for Meta's response to external pressures related to AI and other regulatory risks, working closely with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead coordination of responses to laws and regulations impacting AI and other regulatory risks
- Collaborate with various partners to define requirements and develop response strategies for external pressures
- Conduct gap analyses to help Product teams identify discrepancies between regulations and existing product strategies
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, program management, or regulatory operations
- 3+ years of experience in a product environment collaborating with legal, policy, and product stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience in regulatory response, operational risk management, or compliance
