Regulatory Research Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure regulatory compliance and manage relationships with regulators and external contractors, the full-time Regulatory Research Specialist will execute regulatory tasks, track rule changes, and maintain up-to-date course content while coordinating with product development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clear understanding of regulatory requirements and manage documentation for course approvals and compliance
• Conduct ongoing research and analysis of regulatory laws to support course development and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators and external stakeholders to facilitate timely course renewals and updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience in regulatory risk and compliance management or relevant industry
• Strong knowledge of regulatory research, compliance audits, and e-learning business models
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced spreadsheet skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
