Regulatory Solution Architect
Job Summary
Driving customer outcomes and retention, the full-time Regulatory Solution Architect will lead hands-on implementation projects and manage customer success interactions remotely, ensuring long-term success for clients in the pharmaceutical regulatory space.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of the Kivo platform, including solution design and project management
- Manage a portfolio of accounts post-implementation, focusing on customer health, expansion opportunities, and executive alignment
- Facilitate customer training and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of the platform
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in customer success or implementation roles within a life-sciences SaaS environment
- Strong domain knowledge in Regulatory Affairs or Operations for pharmaceutical or biotech industries
- Experience leading software implementations in regulated environments, including project planning and go-live delivery
- Working knowledge of regulated industry requirements (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 / Annex 11)
- Applied AI experience with AI models to build workflows and guide customers in their use
