Rehab Billing Manager

Job Summary

To ensure timely and accurate billing operations, the full-time remote Rehab Billing Manager will oversee the billing department, manage staff workflows, and ensure compliance with all billing processes and documentation requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily workflows and schedules for billing staff, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Oversee audit and data entry activities to maintain accuracy and quality of billing data
• Monitor employee performance and prepare productivity and accuracy reports

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Advanced knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Third-Party billing requirements
• At least one year of experience supervising direct reports
• Experience managing medical billing for a minimum of two to three years
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
