Rehab Staffing Coordinator
Job Summary
To support the remote outpatient rehab staffing team, the part-time Rehab Staffing Coordinator will manage daily staffing support, assign workforce based on guidelines, and create weekend rotations while being available Monday through Friday during specified hours.
Key responsibilities
- Provides daily staffing support and assigns flexible workforce based on staffing needs
- Creates and organizes weekend rotations and updates core staffing templates in conjunction with supervisors
- Tracks staffing information and communicates effectively with leaders and staff regarding staffing needs and expectations
