Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

Managing reimbursement activities for multiple infusion and specialty pharmacy business units, the full-time remote Reimbursement Manager will oversee referral intake, authorizations, billing, and collections while fostering a culture of exceptional customer service and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage multiple teams in processing new patient referrals, insurance benefit investigations, prior authorizations, billing, and collections
• Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions with Supervisors to enhance team effectiveness and performance
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all functional areas of responsibility

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of home infusion therapy experience required
• Minimum 5 years of management experience
