Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

Maximizing governmental reimbursement, the full-time Manager-Reimbursement will supervise Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting, coordinate revenue deductions analysis, and manage various projects remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting and audit support to maximize reimbursement
• Coordinate monthly calculations and analysis of revenue deductions and accounts receivable reserves
• Manage various projects as assigned by the Director of Reimbursement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in business, accounting, or finance
• 5 years of progressive experience in a healthcare environment, including staff management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
• Knowledge of the net revenue month-end closing process
