Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

To support multiple infusion and specialty pharmacy business units, the full-time remote Reimbursement Manager will manage reimbursement activities including referral intake, authorizations, billing, and collections while fostering outstanding customer service and developing an effective team.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage multiple teams in processing new patient referrals, insurance benefit investigations, prior authorizations, billing, and collections
• Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions with Supervisors to enhance team effectiveness and address performance issues
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy in reimbursement processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of home infusion therapy experience required
• Minimum 5 years of management experience
