Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

Managing reimbursement activities for multiple infusion and specialty pharmacy business units, the full-time remote Reimbursement Manager will focus on referral intake, authorizations, billing, and collections while cultivating outstanding customer service and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple teams in processing patient referrals, insurance investigations, prior authorizations, billing, and collections
• Track workload distribution and conduct needs assessments to optimize resource allocations and meet KPIs
• Conduct coaching and mentoring with Supervisors to develop a highly effective team and ensure performance standards are met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of home infusion therapy experience required
• At least 5 years of management experience
