Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

Managing reimbursement activities for multiple infusion and specialty pharmacy business units, the full-time remote Reimbursement Manager will oversee referral intake, authorizations, billing, and collections while fostering a customer service-oriented environment and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams in processing patient referrals, insurance investigations, prior authorizations, billing, and collections
• Conduct 1:1 coaching and mentoring with Supervisors to enhance team effectiveness and performance
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for functional areas of responsibility

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of home infusion therapy experience required
• Minimum 5 years of management experience
