Reimbursement Manager

Job Summary

Managing the reimbursement activities for multiple infusion and specialty pharmacy business units, the full-time remote Reimbursement Manager will focus on referral intake, authorizations, billing, and collections while cultivating outstanding customer service and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams in processing new patient referrals, insurance benefit investigations, prior authorizations, billing, and collections
• Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions with Supervisors to develop a highly effective team and address performance issues
• Audit transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies, identifying training opportunities as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of home infusion therapy experience required
• Minimum 5 years of management experience
