Job Summary

Leading a team of Account Managers, the full-time remote Relationship Manager will develop innovative business and technology solutions to enhance client operational efficiency while fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop solutions to address clients' business and technology challenges by leveraging the Covius mortgage services product suite
• Supervise and guide a team of Account Managers to effectively serve a diverse portfolio of clients
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide strategic insights and manage program performance from inception to deployment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-10 years of experience in Loss Mitigation Mortgage and managing relationships with C-level executives
• Experience in document generation and print fulfillment
• Prior experience managing a small team with shared goals
• Background in the title, mortgage, or financial industry preferred
