Release Manager
Job Summary
Owning the mechanics of moving code from merge to production, the full-time remote Release Manager will manage release execution, readiness, and environment ownership while ensuring a smooth deployment pipeline and maintaining documentation and change control records.
Key responsibilities
- Execute standard and limited releases, including managing hotfixes and defining rollback paths
- Oversee release readiness by coordinating technical and business go/no-go decisions and producing release manifests
- Maintain the deployment pipeline, ensuring clean deployments and accurate reporting of release metrics
Required qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and full-time U.S. residency
- Strong Git competency and experience with branching strategies and workflows
- Proven release management experience in a SaaS environment
- Excellent project and process management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
