Release Manager with Security+ Certification

Job Summary

To support the modernization of a mission-critical enterprise workforce management platform, the full-time, fully remote Release Manager with Security+ Certification will manage end-to-end software deployment lifecycles, ensuring seamless scheduling, risk mitigation, and adherence to governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop release calendars and deployment schedules while coordinating production deployments and cutover activities
• Ensure all required approvals are obtained before deployment and validate that release documentation is accurate
• Track release execution, manage escalations during release events, and conduct post-implementation reviews

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory
• Active DoD Secret Clearance and eligibility for Tier III background investigation are necessary
• Active Security+ CE or other applicable 8570 IAT Level II certification is required
• 4+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale system change management and releases in a Federal or DoD environment
