Release Train Engineer
Job Summary
To support large-scale organizational transformations, the contract Release Train Engineer will manage program execution, coordination, and stakeholder alignment while working remotely for a duration of 6-12 months.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead coordination, planning, and dependency management for Agile Release Trains (ART)
- Utilize ADO for tracking and predicting work, including dashboarding for program management
- Support and coach teams in SAFe methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
- 10-12 years of experience in program management and Agile methodologies
- Strong technical experience as a Release Train Engineer, preferably with SAFe 6.0
- Familiarity with ADO for work tracking and reporting
- Experience in environments supporting approximately 3,000 employees and partners
- Team level coaching experience, with SPC certification preferred but not required
