Job Summary
Leading and coordinating Agile delivery across multiple teams, the remote Release Train Program Director will operate in an RTE capacity, ensuring alignment around priorities, dependencies, and overall program execution while partnering with engineering, product, and technology leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Agile delivery processes and facilitate program planning and ceremonies
- Identify and remove roadblocks while managing program-level risks and dependencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution against organizational priorities
Required qualifications
- Strong experience leading Agile programs across multiple technical teams
- Experience operating as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or in a similar Agile program leadership role
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Proven ability to coordinate complex technology programs with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
