Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Focused on enhancing equipment reliability and performance, the full-time Reliability Engineer will develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs while collaborating with maintenance and operations teams in a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and refine preventive and predictive maintenance programs in coordination with maintenance management
- Analyze equipment histories and maintenance data to identify and implement solutions for repetitive equipment failures
- Train responsible personnel on programmed maintenance and ensure procedures are reviewed and approved prior to implementation
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years of reliability engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with predictive maintenance and reliability metrics such as MTBF and OEE
- Knowledge of CMMS and maintenance program development
- Experience supporting heavy industrial manufacturing equipment
