Job Summary
To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Reliability Engineer - Massachusetts will monitor, analyze, and resolve issues in mission-critical operational systems while collaborating with various teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and refine asset maintenance and reliability programs
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps
- Develop risk management plans and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Reliability Engineering or related fields

- High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience; advanced technical education preferred
- Preferred certifications: CMRP, CRE, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
