Job Summary

To ensure optimal veterinarian coverage across a network of over 850 hospitals, the full-time remote Relief Scheduling Specialist will manage relationships with hospital leaders and relief providers while leveraging data to drive strategic workforce decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for hospital leaders, relief veterinarians, and third-party partners to fulfill staffing needs effectively
• Utilize analytics to negotiate shift rates and identify data quality issues, translating findings into actionable improvements
• Become a subject matter expert on scheduling tools, championing innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and provider experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of relevant experience in coordination, scheduling, operations, or analytics
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and attention to detail
• High level of computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new platforms
• Proven self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic and accountability
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
