Job Summary

To ensure optimal veterinarian coverage across a network of over 850 hospitals, the full-time remote Relief Scheduling Specialist will manage relationships with hospital leaders and relief providers while utilizing data-driven insights to enhance staffing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for hospital leaders and relief providers, ensuring responsive and effective communication
• Leverage analytics to negotiate shift rates and identify staffing patterns that inform strategic decisions
• Champion process improvements and become a subject matter expert on relief scheduling tools and platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of relevant work experience in coordination, scheduling, operations, or analytics
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and detail
• High level of computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new platforms
• Self-starter mentality with demonstrated accountability and a strong work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
