Relocation Consultant

Job Summary

Acting as the single point of coordination for relocation services, the full-time Remote Relocation Consultant will manage home marketing, sales, and purchases, while providing exceptional service to transferees based on client policies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and coordinate authorized relocation services for employees
• Manage home sale programs, including Buyer Value Option (BVO) and Guaranteed Buyout Option (GBO), ensuring compliance with IRS regulations
• Maintain communication with corporate clients regarding transferee issues, policy administration, and service delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum of two years of experience in Relocation and/or Real Estate
• Previous experience with home sales, marketing, inspections, and appraisals strongly preferred
• Intermediate computer skills in Word and Excel
• Proven track record of providing superior customer service in relocation experiences
