Relocation Operations Training Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance operational readiness and training effectiveness, the full-time Relocation Operations Training Specialist will design, develop, and deliver training programs while collaborating with various stakeholders in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training programs for consultants and operational stakeholders
• Create and maintain training materials and client-facing collateral, ensuring quality and alignment with standards
• Support project initiatives from planning through implementation, coordinating communications and training activities

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Relocation Operations preferred
• Experience with project implementation and operational change management
• Strong organizational skills with proven project coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
