Relocation Specialist

Job Summary

Focusing on CB Realty Web Lead operations, the full-time remote Relocation Specialist will manage the end-to-end process of web-generated real estate leads and referrals, ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and exceptional service for agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of web leads and referrals, ensuring systematic lead flow and database accuracy
• Review, prioritize, and assign leads based on customer needs and business guidelines, while monitoring lead activity
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and ensure accurate data entry and reporting across multiple systems

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibilities
• One or more years of experience in the relocation or real estate industry (preferred but not required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Flexibility to work shifts accommodating clients in various time zones and weekends as required
