Remedy Developer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Remedy Developer will design and implement custom applications for a call center environment, leveraging expertise in Remedy workflows, PL/SQL, and scripting.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom Remedy applications tailored for contact center operations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT partners to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Customize Remedy workflows and maintain system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and custom scripts
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience developing custom Remedy workflows using activelink, filters, and forms
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including advanced skills in writing optimized queries and stored procedures
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Python and shell scripts
- Strong command of Remedy development, including Business Rules and Client Scripts
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for UI customizations
