Job Summary

A non-profit healthcare provider has an open position for a Remote 3Outpatient Medical Record Coder.

Must be able to:

• Assign discharge dispositions accurately
• Maintain CPT and Modifier Accuracy Rate
• Maintain CPT scores as outlined by director of coding operations and coding manager

Position Requirements Include:

• High School or GED and completion of AHIMA-approved coding, or health information technology program/administration
• At least three years recent coding experience in acute care setting, integrated hospital system, or multi-specialty physician practice
• Registered Health Information Technician
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work independently in a remote fast paced production environment
• ICD-10-CM proficiency
