Job Summary

Helping patients navigate their financial responsibilities, the full-time Remote Account Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, offer payment solutions, and document interactions while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with patients to clarify account details and propose payment options
• Handle a high volume of calls while accurately documenting interactions in the system
• Meet performance goals with ongoing support and coaching

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Ability to build trust and manage sensitive conversations
• A reliable and detail-oriented work style
• Must reside in designated states with a suitable home office setup
