Remote Account Representative

Job Summary

To support patients in managing their financial responsibilities, the full-time Remote Account Representative will engage in empathetic conversations, offer payment solutions, and handle a high volume of calls while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients in understanding their accounts and provide appropriate payment options
• Manage inbound and outbound calls while accurately documenting interactions
• Achieve performance goals with ongoing support and coaching

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations and build trust with patients
• A reliable and detail-oriented work style
• Must reside in designated states and meet specified tech requirements for remote work
