Remote Account Representative

Job Summary

To support patients in understanding their financial responsibilities, the full-time Remote Account Representative will engage in high-volume inbound and outbound calls, offering payment solutions and documenting interactions with care and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients in understanding their accounts and provide appropriate payment options
• Manage a high volume of calls while accurately documenting all interactions
• Achieve performance goals with provided support and coaching

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations and build trust with patients
• Reliable and detail-oriented work style
• Must reside in specific states including FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA
