Job Summary
An accountable care organization has a current position open for a Remote Accountable Care Organizations Medical Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a team of 15-20 clinicians and operations associates
- Overseeing the health management of 10,000 Medicare patients
- Organizing home-based care for high risk and homebound patients
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Exerience with Medical Profit and Loss analysis
- Familiar with ACO utilization programs
- Experience drafting population health management plans
