Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of veterinary practice clients, the full-time Remote Accountant will handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and client communication in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 10+ full-service bookkeeping clients
- Perform QuickBooks Online bookkeeping and monthly reconciliations
- Prepare and finalize monthly financial reporting packages
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting support, or outsourced accounting experience
- Strong QuickBooks Online proficiency
- Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- XCM or similar workflow experience is a plus
