Job Summary

A healthcare solutions firm has a current position open for a Remote Accounts Payable Payroll Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Processing accounts payable transactions
• Reconciling vendor accounts utilizing monthly statements and related transactions
• Maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions

Position Requirements Include:

• 3 years full-time experience in payroll and accounts payable
• Proficient knowledge of payroll practices
• Graduation from a standard high school or GED
• Typing, 10-key proficiency in computer software operations, including Excel
• Knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger, and internal controls
• Proficient knowledge of accounts payable processes including application of approval processes and purchasing policies
