To support a leading global business law firm, the Contract Accounts Receivable Specialist will process cash applications, resolve pending cash receipts, and respond to AR inquiries while working remotely in a temporary position.
Key responsibilities
- Process cash applications using Aderant
- Research and resolve pending and unapplied cash receipts
- Collaborate with the collections department to apply payments
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist
- Solid understanding of general accounting procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and 10-key
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
