Job Summary
Working remotely with occasional onsite attendance, the part-time Remote Ad Hoc Reporting Analyst will independently review and analyze Medi-Cal claims data requests, build database queries, and improve business processes to enhance client outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyze requests for Medi-Cal claims data, including building database queries and exporting data for secure delivery
- Analyze, plan, design, and document recommendations to improve business processes supporting client technological objectives
- Serve as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define and communicate business requirements
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of experience translating technical goals and requirements into actionable plans for clients
- Knowledge of Google Data Analytics and Citrix
- Experience in the healthcare industry, including insurance, provider support, IT, or operations
- Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills
- Ability to create, execute, or analyze basic test scenarios for system design verification
