Remote Admissions Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a self-driven and motivated Remote Admissions Specialist, this full-time position will engage with prospects to explain Ria Health's telehealth services for alcohol use disorder, while meeting monthly enrollment targets through inbound and outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls to assess prospects' fit for Ria Health's AUD treatment and address objections
• Manage insurance eligibility by collecting information and collaborating with the Verifications Specialist
• Guide prospects through the enrollment process, ensuring high-quality conversions and capturing intent

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or sales, preferably in admissions
• Polished communication skills to build rapport with potential patients
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and other applications
• Passion for healthcare and technology, with a flexible and solution-oriented mindset
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards
