Remote Agent Recruiter

Job Summary

To support the growth of insurance agents, the remote Agent Recruiter will attract, recruit, and onboard high-quality candidates while fostering strong relationships to drive production growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate prospective agents through interviews and high-volume outreach
• Manage agent relationships by conducting training webinars and supporting team development
• Maintain accurate activity reports and work towards achieving recruiting quotas and production requirements

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of insurance agent recruiting experience preferred
• Call center experience in customer service or phone sales preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated and committed team player willing to learn and apply new skills
