Remote Agile Project Manager
Job Summary
Managing delivery for a platform health team, the full-time Remote ServiceNow Agile Project Manager will oversee scheduling, staffing, and stakeholder reporting while facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies to support the Department of Veterans Affairs ServiceNow environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the schedule, staffing plan, and deliverable tracking for the assigned platform health team, including milestone reporting
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and partner with Product Owners to prioritize and groom the team backlog
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and manage vendor and subcontractor coordination for deliverables
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related discipline (or 8 years of additional relevant experience)
- 10+ years of total relevant experience, including 4+ years managing software or platform delivery projects
- 2+ years of experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies in a distributed/remote environment
- Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and Agile Module or comparable Agile tooling
- Strong knowledge of ITIL service management processes
