Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Analytics Principal Actuarial Consultant.

Must be able to:

• Play a key role in creation of analytical solutions and business models
• Support the Sales teams by designing tools and process to support prospective client engagements
• Collaborate with the Finance team to define and develop revenue projection and pricing models

Qualifications Include:

• 8+ years of relevant actuarial experience in the healthcare industry
• Strong background and understanding of healthcare payment practices and fee-schedules
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of healthcare financial and operational data and reporting as well as healthcare technology
• Experience designing two-sided risk-based payment models with providers and knowledge of how providers are successful
• Deep understanding of alternative care delivery models and healthcare reform
• Experience with pricing and reserving
